My Story
To me, photography is the art of visually telling a story within a single frame.
My path to becoming a professional photographer began after pursuing a career as a screenwriter. But while chasing the bright lights, big screen of Hollywood, I somehow wound up working in the financial world. In 2010, I decided that I could not ignore my creative side any longer and opened my own photography business in New York City.
While I am largely self-taught, the ‘finishing school’ for my career has definitely come from the places I have called home. I originally hail from the Sunshine State, went to college in Atlanta, lived in New York City for 21 years, and am now a resident of San Antonio. So, if you see me on the street with a camera in hand, stop and say, ‘Hi.’ I would love to show you the world through my lens.
